Our staff has experience in delivering large scale commercial development of which 80 Fenchurch Street is a fine example. Although not a design brief requisite, the lean and efficient composite concrete and steel structure of this 14-storey commercial development meets the 2025 goals of the London Energy Transformation Initiative. The building boasts a large central atrium and with a glazed cube at the top overlooking the roof garden terraces. Significant enabling works were undertaken prior to commencement of the basement construction to date and store existing Roman archaeology which were buried beneath the site.
