The CoViD19 pandemic and a growing awareness of the carbon footprint of our food produce has made the concept of self-sufficiency is very relevant to modern times. We worked with Public Works Group and Edible Rotherhithe to design a self-supporting polytunnel together with growing beds supported on the roof of the existing dining building at Surrey Schools.
